Firstly You don’t have to worry there are many students who don’t have their class 11 perfect when they enter class 12 and one year is sufficient to master your weak chapters along with class 12.

As far as Thermo is concerned it is not much used in other chapters so you can cover this chapter anytime it will not effect other chapters much.

But for GOC it is the base of organic chemistry you need to cover this before the start of class 12 organic chemistry. While doing GOC don’t think you are doing something of class 11 but consider this as the base for organic even many coaching teach GOC again in class 12 as there is so much to cover in GOC.
