First of all revise those chapters that you have done means those chapters in which you are confident.

Complete the chapters that you have completed 70-90% and make them strong.

Now for doing remaining chapters prioritize them according to prerequisite that are needed in class 12th for eg basic mathematics and in chemistry GOC and chemical bonding and you must be able to solve JEE Mains level question of Mechanics in physics.

Keep in mind that don’t do chapters just for the sake of completing backlog you must be able to solve the questions also that is real progress.

If your sitting is around 9-10 hours give 40% of time to 11th topics if you want to complete them in starting months and give 20% of time to 11th if you want to cover topics in few months this totally depends upon you.
